Ron Paul as Political Spoiler

Reporters are starting to ask Ron Paul if he will run as a third-party candidate, and of course Senator Paul is denying it. If he does form a shell (shill?) third-party, it is merely an obvious and desperate attempt to help the Republicans eke out a presidential victory by siphoning liberal votes away from President Obama. The Republicans have a better chance of winning if they just maintain the dirty trick of preventing "voter fraud" by disenfranchising poor whites, blacks, and Hispanics. One fraudulent vote is one too many, after all! Would you tolerate murder or rape just because it rarely occurred?
